Unraveling Fern is a space I’ve created. I am learning to heal myself by unraveling the personal, family, social, and cultural conditioning to discover my true essence. I am here to share my journey with you so that you may discover that you have all the answers you seek within yourself. Be your own Guru.

I have been on a mission to heal my lifelong mental angst with depression, anxiety, C-PTSD, and migraines that have stemmed from my battle of being an adult survivor of childhood sexual abuse.

I graduated from Arizona State University Summa Cum Laude in psychology in December 2020. I furthered my education by attending and graduating in May 2024 from Pacifica Graduate Institute Maga Cum Laude in counseling psychology with an emphasis in depth psychology. I am currently an associate licensed counselor (LAC) in Arizona. My ultimate goal is to become a licensed psychedelic therapist, to be able to hold space for others as they somatically heal themselves from the traumas they have endured.
